Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile.  With an extensive background in appraisal and finance, I have worked in the real estate industry for 15 years.  I have built an extensive clientele, representing buyers and sellers, both individual and corporate, based on my reputation for consistent and timely communication and aggressive negotiation on behalf of my clients.  My REO experience is extensive and varied as well, dealing with a wide variety of asset managers and buyers, both from a valuation standpoint and as an agent as well. When we started out on our search for a home, we knew very little of how the process worked. We didn't realize that choosing the right real estate agent is just as important as choosing the right home. So, doing what any inexperienced home-buyer would do, we chose the first agent we saw on a popular real estate search engine.

This could have gone very badly for us, as there are agents out there that do not put the best interests of their client first and fore-most. Someone must have been looking out for us, because we found a truly great agent and friend in Yvonnca.

She was there for us every step of the way, through the home search, inspections, loan and title dealings, etc. Time and again she proved that she was on our side and no one elses -making sure we got the best deals even when it didn't benefit her. Unlike some agents, not once did she push us towards a home that was above our budget or even push us towards our agreed upon "top budget" during the home search. More than once

met Yvonnca a couple of years ago. My husband and I were told our credit wasn't strong enough to purchase a home. We begin to looking to rent after being turned down due to credit history and having 6 children. I called Yvonnca and she said lets try and see what we can do in purchasing a home. Not to long after that conversation we spoke again and the words that came out of her mouth was "WE NEED TO START LOOKING AT HOUSES" i thought i would cry. I would like to thank you for all of your help with the purchase of our new home. I have always heard foreclosures was the way to go to get a good deal until I met you. I can't believe that I got a 500,000 for 340,000 with the seller paying my closing cost but I can honestly say it was all you with this deal. You really got me the best deal.
