It might seem odd to have a 'Critter" in my photo - but actually she helped me make a couple sales with other "Critter" owners !  Her name is Gi-Gi and LOVES my clients  - and is my "good luck charm"

Sam was introduced to me by a very dear friend that she had sold a home to "Mac" McQuilling --

I had a small rental home I needed to sell  so I interviewed her - she made a great presentation of "actual" facts of today's  market -- direct and to the point -- I trusted her right away - after she found out why I was selling and what I needed she advised me she could list my home or sell it --- she diligently marketed my home - I did not get a price I hoped for, but I knew it was the " Market"  and not sam's fault -- she even attended the closing with pneumonia for me (of course we didn't know it was pneumonia at the time" -- I would recommend Sam - ANYTIME -- she listens to you

We first met Sam when she only sold NEW Homes -- were very impressed with her and we came back to Sun City Center to purchase,  after a couple years, we found she was no longer only selling New Homes but was in general real estate - so we traced her down to her new Company and she  helped us Finallly  find out beautiful Winter Home -- She never forgot us or our needs  we have since introduced her to members of our family that have purchased from her and listed with her as well --- she is always there for us -- She always knows what's going on in the community  plus current market and the world changing around us -- she is now and will always be "Our Realtor"

......."In this poor economy, major unemployment, etc.etc. == Who would buy a New Home without even seeing it???  We did, Only because of Sam.  she happens to be a lovely lady, PLUS a Great Realtor which we have ever done business with - WHY?  
Sam begins checking out the price, location and especially YOUR desires in a home - always on YOUR agenda -- we looked for a few years and she stayed with us all the time, rarely bothered us until she found something she thought we'd like (we were in Arizona)

One Day Sam called and said "I Found It" - So we set up the closings for 9/13/2010, Sam was RIGHT it was everything we wanted, But Sam didn't stop there, we were 2500 miles away and she handled EVERY DETAIL - even met us at Tampa Airport, Believe me Sam would do the same for you.

So in Closing, if you are looking for your dream home, we suggest you call SAM- She's right, She's not JUST a Realtor - She's YOUR Realtor.a"
