About Marc Justiniano

Started my real estate career in 1994 as a Mortgage Lender and in 2000 started to sell homes. In 2004 when I recieved my Broker License. I branched out on my own and was able to help my clients with their home loans, refinances, and equity lines of credits.  I processed the loan through my direct endorcements from Wells Fargo, Countrywide Home Loands and other Investor based lenders.  In turn my clients could get their Mortgage loan and purchase their home through my office.  The great part was that my clients would only have to deal with on person (myself) for their whole transaction.  Made it much easier for my clients, they didnt have to deal with a realtor and then with a lender.  Currently I am only dealing with sell and purchase clients.

I enjoy family during the holidays, those are special times to enjoy, laught, and spend time with love ones.  Thank God for holidays.

Hobbies & Interests

Playing and practicing my saxophone is one of my interests and hobby.  I also like classic cars.

This agent was our first choice after being taken in circles by other real estate agents.  He prequalified us for what we could afford and gave us our montly payments before we even looked at any homes.  Other agents didnt even know anything about lending and could not give us straight answers and wasted our time looking at homes we could not afford.  Marc made the difference by giving us the information we needed prior to viewing any home.  The best agent around for miles.
