Dave's fee schedule is the best around, and although his fees are discounted in comparison to the rest I can assure you the service is not. I was so fortunate to have selected Dave Prouty as my Agent, as I begin the search for my next home.  I had not been in the market for over ten years, and found Dave's contact information on his website.  I called to speak with him, and could tell that he was the one!  I especially appreciated that Dave was a good listener, and very attentive to understanding my wishes for my next home, including location, price range, and amenities.  In no way did Dave try to "sell" me into a home that did not exactly fit my needs.  He displayed very high integrity, was astoundingly responsive, and though I found the home I wanted relatively quickly in our search, Dave was ready and willing to look at any potential property that we found together.  His knowledge of the market was very much appreciated, and his insights were extremely valuable.  Dave interacted with my mortgage banker, assured clear and timely communications with the seller's agent, and "held my hand" right through the final closing.  

After working with Dave Prouty on two separate home purchases and selling a house with him we confidently believe that there is no other Realtor in the state of Minnesota we would ever consider using. Dave has a way of making you feel like you are his only client and works to do everything he can to make the process as smooth as possible. He went out of his way to be available and open to communication throughout the entire process. In a market not favorable for selling he was able to sell our house in 11 days; while also helping us find a home to meet the needs of our family perfectly! We feel fortunate that someone recommended him to us and we do the same to everyone we know looking for a Realtor. His calm, professional and friendly nature has helped make him the successful Realtor he is today.
