As a real estate investor and consultant, I enjoy helping home sellers receive the best exposure for their homes. 89% of Home buyers now begin their search on the internet (National Association of Realtors), so I ensure listings are available through a multitude of web portals. I also utilize traditional marketing methods, advertising extensively and making sure that area Realtors are aware of the benefits and features of the homes I list for sale. 

I am also a Senior Real Estate Specialist. I have completed additional training and certification to better meet the needs of the “over 55” home seller.  I can assist with de-cluttering, downsizing options, garden home availability and senior community choices. 

One of the unique aspects of my assistance is that I can provide you with a list of qualified people to assist you in readying your property for sale.
