When I started in real estate 10 years ago, I wanted to create a business model that combined traditional full service, with value pricing.  For that reason, I have always provided listing discounts to Home Sellers and rebates to Home Buyers.  But although I discount my price, I don't discount my service.  My goal is provide you with world class service -- the rebate is the icing on the cake and my way of saying 'Thank You'!  The Home Buying process can be fun, but you also need a full-time, professional on your side.  You will find me to be friendly, courteous, and patient.  I am not looking to rush you into a home buying decision -- rather, I want to help you find the perfect home. A note regarding how this process works in Arizona:  the credit that we provide to the Buyer must appear on the settlement statement for the transaction and is credited toward your closing costs.  That is, your lender must be aware of it.  I have provided a credit toward closing costs in hundreds of transactions -- so it is usually no problem -- but I wanted to emphasize that the buyer does not receive a separate check from us at closing.
