Suzanne Martin has been in sales and management for a total of 28 years with 11 years as a Realtor and is highly experienced in residential sales including the short sale process, bank owned homes (REO's) and traditional sales. She has a practical, honest and straight forward approach in helping her clients.
As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and HAFA Short Sale Specialist, Suzanne strives to stay on top of current market conditions and the ever changing real estate environment. Suzanne regularly attends classes, seminars and other forms of education to better serve her clients and to stay current on what is happening in your real estate market.
Born and raised in New York, Suzanne lived on both coasts including RI, CT, WA, AZ, making California her home. Her favorite hobbies include cooking and wine, tennis, racquetball, hiking, concerts/music and the outdoors.
