My experience in listing and selling properties is extensive; I am competent in all aspects involved in a Real Estate transaction. My success rate has been outstanding, resulting in return business as well as numerous referrals. I have experience in foreclosures, short sales and bank REO listings. Some of the banks I have worked for are Countrywide Home Loans, Inc, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LAMCO, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hard Money Home Loans, PMH Mortgage and Bank of America. The evaluations that I have received from have all been excellent. My listings have all sold, and in a short period of time.
