Jack is a good realtor he knows the realtor market arena well. We were dealing with my purchase of my short sale and the short sale company was taking forever because documentation on the owners side was taken soo dang long due to them taking their own sweet time! Jack communicated and had dealt with short sales before and between the both of us we were able to get everything finalized in a timely manner. Which would have never been done if it wasn't for the communications that we had! So Jack gets a good review.
