The Welch Team has a vast knowledge of Lee County, we have been in this area for over 50 combined years. I have teamed up with my mom who graduated right here at Fort Myers High School. I also was born and raised in Fort Myers, being a Fort Myers High Greenie as well. We know real estate between my mom and myself we have 20 combined years of knowing. My mom has been in real estate for 18+ years, and I have been in Real Estate for 2 years. I did come from the mortgage side of real estate for 12 years which gives me complete knowledge of the lending process. We are actively investing in real estate as well, which we believe is a great way to keep a cash-flow each and every month. We decided to team up these past two years to make our clients feel at home, knowing there is a team of knowledgeable agents behind them. If golf is for you, then we would get along well. We both have been avid golfers for years and you will still see us hitting the ball down the links from time to time. Movie Goers alike, lets sit and talk about finding the perfect house for a movie room. If you play tennis, good, we can play together, but its been a while and it might not be much competition.
